With over 35 years of practice in immigration law, Montagut & Sobral, PC has the relevant experience their clients need. What they didn’t have was a website that would let that experience shine. The Falls Church, Virginia law firm offers only immigration services, including assistance with permanent residence and removal defense. Most of their business comes from referrals, and the first thing people do after getting a referral is to check out a firm’s website.

Unfortunately, the firm didn’t feel its existing website was a good reflection of all they had to offer;  the consensus among the attorneys was that the site was outdated and clunky. The website provided information for clients, but it needed to be more user-friendly and easy to navigate, with clear content that answered client questions and encouraged them to contact the firm.

At The Modern Firm, we understand that even the slickest website won’t be effective if it doesn’t meet the needs of the people using it. We listened to what Montagut & Sobral felt would best help their readers. The result was a site with a clean, inviting, professional design, simple navigation, and straightforward content broken down in a way that is meaningful and easy to understand. The site also features responsive design so it will look good on computers, mobile phones, and tablets. And because many of the firm’s clients are native Spanish speakers,  the site offers buttons for English or Spanish translation at the top of every page.

It’s not enough to have a law firm website: the website you have needs to serve as an invitation, not a barrier, to client client contact. If you build it (right), they will come.
