For many attorneys, the next logical step after accumulating practice experience at a respected firm is to establish a law firm of their own. That was the case for Luke Kingree, a workers’ compensation attorney whose firm, Kingree Law, has offices in both Madison and Eau Claire. Luke represents workers who have been injured in workplace accidents or who have suffered occupational illnesses.
Establishing a law practice has its challenges, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. Going out on your own means that the practice is driven by your goals, and your values. You set the tone, you define the practice and what it stands for. And, of course, the best way to communicate all of that to prospective clients is through your law firm website.
The Website
“The Place to Go After a Work Injury”
Luke’s website describes his creative, collaborative process for getting the results his clients need, and provides prospective clients with the information they need to begin to move forward. Through the website, Luke is able to give his prospective clients reassurance, the foundation they need to be active participants in their workers’ compensation cases, and the tools to decide whether the practice is a good fit for their needs.
At The Modern Firm, one of the first steps in the website design process is our branding intake call. In that call, we begin getting to know our client so we can create a website for who they are, not who we imagine them to be. That call is followed by the design intake, where we learn about how the attorney wants the website to look and needs it to function. In these calls, Luke helped our projects team get a clear picture of everything from his practice philosophy and ideal clients to his color preferences. That helped us create a new website design tailored to his unique practice.
