The great bulk of The Modern Firm's 650+ website design clients over the years have been solo attorneys and small law firms. Summit Transition Strategies, the brainchild of an attorney and a CPA, assists business owners and shareholders with what are commonly termed "exit strategies." Their highly focused services advise and assist closely held businesses through all manners of transitions, from business sales to mergers to a range of other options for exiting owners.

Both business were founded on a collaborative model, bringing together legal, financial and other professionals to offer comprehensive services to their clients throughout the U.S. And both new websites will be resource driven, offering insightful newsletters with commentary about their niche areas of work. Here they are most similar to their law firm counterparts around whom The Modern Firm's WordPress CMS was built. Our websites were carefully designed to house, categorize, and display complex information in a user friendly and easily accessible manner.
