Next, Texas solo attorney James "Wes" Volberding has evolved his practice to emphasize criminal law, receiverships, corporate debt collection, civil litigation and appeals. We are really happy that he's returned to The Modern Firm, seeking a totally new web presence to better suit his current practice and to replace a site we created for him years ago.
