Led by long-time litigator Jim Fett, Fett & Fields offer the personalized, compassionate representation injured clients expect from reputable, local law firms.  The firm's work in injury and accident law runs the gamut. But it includes particular emphasis on Michigan car accidents. Michigan no-fault insurance law is particularly intricate, offering great benefits for policyholders but sometimes byzantine rules with regard to which insurer is responsible for what medical care or property damage. On the flip side, the no-fault statute erects a very high threshold for who may file a lawsuit for additional damages after a catastrophic traffic accident.

Experienced Michigan car accident attorneys know the ins and outs of these no-fault laws, walking their clients through the claims process and evaluating their legal rights.

Helping Michigan Injury Victims Get Their Lives Back

The new website was essentially a mirror of the Fett & Fields Michigan employment law website. This was a rare firm for which The Modern Firm recommended having two law firm websites: their areas of emphasis — while both consumer- and litigation-oriented — serve different legal consumers with different issues and immediate concerns. Separate websites allow the firm to focus the individual sites on the information and help that each specific group of potential clients most needs.

The Modern Firm's law firm website writing team really enjoyed being involved with this one. With the attorneys' guidance, we wrote the copy for the site, with careful attention to conveying both the firm's level of expertise and the level of care and service they provide.
