Some years ago, we realized that for many investment advisory firms, the cost of in-house compliance support was prohibitive. At the same time, the effort required for investment advisers to keep on top of all applicable federal or state regulations themselves consumed time that advisers really wanted to devote to serving their clients. At that time the services available to assist such firms with registration and compliance requirements tended to be rigid and non-customized, operating without regard to the compliance support needs of a particular investment advisory firm. The professionals of CAP saw a need in the market and moved to fill it. Ever since, we have been offering cost-effective, knowledgeable and customized compliance support services to all types and sizes of investment advisers.  

Services include investment advisor registration, ongoing compliance support, and retainer services. Members of the CAP team have backgrounds in securities, finance, investments, accounting and marketing. From their years of working in the compliance industry, they have experience in investment adviser registration as well as comprehensive knowledge of SEC and state rules and regulations.

The new website is a redesign of Compliance Professional Advisors' previous site, which was also designed by The Modern Firm. The new design features graphic impact on the home page through the addition of multiple stunning photos showcasing the firm's location in historic Boston. All of the photos capture the color scheme of the graphic design. The structure throughout the site was changed from showing only services to including compelling client testimonials on every page. The new site retains the clean and professional character of the previous site, as well as the easy-to-navigate and detailed, informative text.
