Where Should Replies Go?

Starting in 2025, platforms that enable SMS texting with clients, including phone systems like RingCentral and Zoom, and marketing/reminder platforms with SMS capabilities, such as MailChimp and Constant Contact, will require specific user opt-in based on the platform.
