After years of experience in a law firm representing and advising franchisors, Ashley Nielsen’s own entrepreneurial spirit led her to venture out on her own and establish Nielsen Franchise Law. The law firm focuses on providing legal services and support to new and current franchisees.

Ashley provides a broad range of services for franchisees, including review of FDDs and franchise agreements, franchise renewal, and buying or selling an existing franchise business. Through her experience on both sides of franchise transactions, Ashley understands the complex documents and laws that apply to franchises. She knows what to look for and readily identifies potential issues that could cause problems either immediately or in the future.
