Richmond lawyers Dan and Sarah Renfro met in law school. For nearly a decade after graduating and getting married, they pursued separate legal paths. Then, around the same time, they both decided it was time to start their own firm and take representation of clients to the next level. Renfro & Renfro opened in 2017, with a practice focused exclusively on Virginia workers’ compensation and personal injury law.

The Website

A Relationship That Gets Results

The relationship between Renfro & Renfro and The Modern Firm began when the law firm requested assistance with marketing. That effort included expanding on the content available on their existing website by regular publication of blog posts. As work on the blog progressed, the firm’s lawyers and the marketing team realized that the structure of the existing site provided very limited opportunities for adding the kind of substantive content that the firm wanted.

After a couple months of discussion and deliberation, Dan and Sarah decided that their best marketing move would be to replace their website with a brand-new site designed around their marketing goals. Since the lawyers take a distinctly personal approach to their law practice, they wanted the website design to reflect those values as well. The new website accomplishes that goal magnificently, both visually and in the content.

The new site for Renfro & Renfro provides a much-expanded web presence for the law firm, along with virtually unlimited opportunities for growing the content on the site over time. That translates into on-going collaborative efforts between the law firm and TMF focused on marketing, which includes a bi-weekly blog.
