Patent attorney Kevin McNish stepped away from a partnership at a large New York law firm to establish his own practice. Kevin’s practice includes Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) litigation and appellate litigation. Kevin has an unusual depth of experience; he has handled more than 80 PTAB hearings, far more than most attorneys in his practice area. Until establishing his own practice, Kevin worked for some of the most respected law firms in his field.
