Erin is a true-blue Buffalonian: she was born, raised, and still resides in the Western New York city known for chicken wings, snowstorms, and Buffalo Bills football. She has a passion for supporting locally-owned businesses; coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Erin understands the love and grit that it takes to grow something of your own.
As an extroverted, energized digital marketer with a degree in integrated communications, Erin has become an essential part of the team at The Modern Firm.
She got her start helping local small business owners develop their online presence; now, she works with lawyers across the country to attract and retain clients and help their practices thrive.
Responsibilities
Erin joined The Modern Firm as one of the company’s first Online Marketing Managers (OMMs); she has since become our VP of Operations. In that capacity, she uses her gift for developing relationships to set both clients and colleagues up for success. She trains and supports department directors, making processes more efficient and our client experience seamless at all touchpoints.
Outside of the Office
When Erin is not darting from meeting to meeting, there are a few places you can find her—it just depends on the season! When it’s cold and snowy, she will most likely be in the kitchen baking some classic treats or whipping up something new for dinner. When the sun is shining and the skies are blue, she is usually outside with her husband and pups exploring the great outdoors, or grabbing a bite to eat and drinking craft cocktails with friends at a new spot in Buffalo’s vibrant food scene.
