The Modern Firm welcomes Texas China Investment Services, LLC as a new client. This new website is for a collaborative project between Texas Attorney James W. Volberding and Zhao Zhen, an attorney from Beijing, China. They will offer legal and logistical support to assist Chinese individuals and businesses who wish to transfer some of their wealth out of China to investments in secure locations such as the United States. Additionally, they will assist smaller U.S. businesses and entrepreneurs find reliable Chinese lawyers to help guide them through China's regulatory requirements.
