New and Improved Website for Texas Law Firm

The law firm of Oaks, Hartline & Daly, LLP has deep roots in the Texas legal community. The firm as it specifically exists today dates to 1996, when the founders committed themselves to attentive legal services for private clients. The firm of under 20 attorneys maintains its smaller size by design, avoiding the trend of large firms to specialize and dedicate themselves to serving larger clients and institutions. 

The firm's services include estate planning and business succession planning for families and closely-held businesses. They also maintain practices in general business law, real estate, tax law and entertainment law, among other areas.

The Website

The new website opens on great rotating pictures of the firm's home turf in Austin and Houston. A compact introduction to the firm and its practice areas is then followed by photos of each member of their legal team, linking off to great bios of the attorneys. 

The Modern Firm's data on how visitors use law firm websites shows that the most clicked-on interior pages are the attorney biographies. And our clients usually confirm this colloquially noting that, when they find themselves vetting a law firm, they generally jump straight to the lawyer profiles. So we take our time with these bios, with regard both to design and to text.

OHD's attorney profiles are particularly nice, complete with great head shots and vCards. In addition to narrative descriptions outlining the attorneys' primary work, bulleted resume points highlight their backgrounds while breaking up the page, visually.
